Staff was friendly and knowledgeable during treatments and everyone made sure that I was always comfortable, happy and enjoying myself. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!
This place is such an oasis; quiet, relaxing, and calming through and through. Great services (particularly waxing!). You are taken care of here like a true guest. Location is utterly fantastic, and the facilities are wonderful. A true retreat.
What I liked was that everyone seemed like one big happy family!! Please tell Elaine and Gladys how much we enjoyed their personalities and meeting them ... they were always so bubbly and looked liked they enjoyed what they were doing and yet were very professional... as you all were!
The suite was very large and well appointed. Perfect for our week's stay for a family wedding. We entertained there using the full kitchen and living room area one night and carried in supplies from a store around the corner. Every home convenience was there except the food. Full fridge and stove, cutlery - you name it.
Finally treated myself to a massage at the Spa and it was excellent. The decor and space in the spa area is very impressive, as was the skill of my Registered Massage Therapist. Spa is well priced, well located, and well run. Can't recommend it enough.
I cannot give one complaint about this spa since it was a perfect little treat before my friend's special day. I would highly recommend this as a perfect girls' weekend or romantic weekend with your special someone and hope to return sometime in the near future!
There is no other place in our province that can compare... Can't wait to spend our wedding night there (we've recently discovered the rooms outside the main building, which are incredible!) and I also had my bridal shower there and their function room is great!!) See you guys soon and please keep up the excellent work!
The best place in town to be spoiled and pampered! The staff is amazing....from the front desk people who greet you, to those who pamper you upstairs, to the cleaning staff. Its the place to go if you want to relax for an hour, a night, or a week...you will come away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
I want to say a shout out to LARRY and all the staff for the work that they do so great, and for the kindness that they have shown us over the past many, many years. I can't wait till August to come down again for my visit!
