Treatment times and services you select are reserved especially for you; please notify us at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for packages), if you must cancel.
Without proper notice, a cancellation fee of up to 50% will be charged.
Your spa experience begins at least 15 minutes before the start of any Spa treatment. You are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy our relaxing lounge areas.

Gratuities can be directed to your service person upon checking out at the reception desk. The amount of the gratuity is at the client's discretion.

No, but they are covered by individual Health Insurance Plans. Consult your own health insurance plan for details. We have Registered Massage Therapists on staff, please indicate at time of booking if your massage appointment is for health insurance purposes.
You should shower before using any of the pool facilities and before all body therapies, including massage. We have shower facilities on the pool floor for men and women, as well as the third floor for women.
We will never compromise your modesty. You will be given a robe and/or a wrap to change into before your treatment. What you wear under it is up to you. Our therapists will only expose the portion of the body that is being treated at the time.
Yes. It is recommended that any known allergies or conditions at the time of booking be addressed to our staff so they may determine what would be the best treatment in that circumstance. Women who are pregnant may wish to avoid services that are heat-stimulating. Please check with your doctor.
