A fresh experience

As a destination spa located in downtown St. John’s, we are able to offer numerous specialty services for your event that would be hard to find anywhere else.

Whether you host events constantly or you’re simply looking to plan something as unique as a family reunion, our professional staff has the experience to help you. Our heritage building has been the site of a variety of events in the past, and we look forward to offering our services and facilities to you.

Our main rental room is available Monday – Friday at $249/day,  half day rental is $199.  Weekend and evening rates are $150/hr.  Depending on your needs, tables and chairs will be provided and set-up in an appropriate manner. The room’s capacity can vary depending on this set-up, but the maximum is fifty in a theatre style arrangement. There are also auxiliary rooms for small discussions.

As well, we are able to provide a projector for $125/day, and a variety of catering options are available.
